Seriously, it really was "excellent".
Took my car in for inspection 1 at Erhard BMW in Bloomfield, Michigan. Gave them a list of "concerns." They performed the following n/c.
They had my car 4 days but I had a 325XIT loaner and the service rep called me every day with an update. YMMV!

Took my car in for inspection 1 at Erhard BMW in Bloomfield, Michigan. Gave them a list of "concerns." They performed the following n/c.
- Oil change
- New brake pads and rotors (the light was not lit yet but they were "close")
- New lower control arms and bushings
- New ignitions lock cylinder (my key sometimes got stuck)
- New fuel sending unit (gauge sometimes read low).
- brake fluid flush/replacement
