New member from Northern California. Used to own a late 80s BMW M6 and then a 95 BMW 318ti (white with red/black interior, turned out to be quite sale-proof in the US). I am mostly driving Italian cars right now, but I am looking for a manual X3 for my son's first car. I will poke around the X3 forum FAQ first.
