I was at the Simpson World down in Torrance yesterday checking out helmets for AutoXing and they have some of their older ones on clearance in the back room.

They are S or M 95 (which is okay for LA BMW CCA AutoX) but depending on which model you would be looking for, they may only have some of the smaller sizes left. In you don't have a helmet yet and are in the area, worth a checkout. They also have gloves, shoes, and seatbelt shoulder pads.

Directions to Simpson

Take the 110 South past the 405 (or south from the 405) and exit on 223rd St. going right or West until you get to Normandie. Make a left (South) on Normandie and it's a few blocks down on the left. I think they are open at 9:00.

For AutoX . . .

I think I'm going to get a pair of their 'Wrenchers' gloves for about $20. They're not too bulky and have good grip.
