Just curious because my valve cover gaskets have been acting up again and I believe they were leaky while I had a dyno done. So I was thinking if the dyno was inaccurate from the leaky valve gaskets, I'd just have another done after I get new gaskets.

A dyno's accuracy is not affected by any engine problems. Your resulting HP/TQ would be read accurately.

The results may not be want you want them to be, however.

Plus, I don't see how that particular problem would result in a measurable reduction of power.

I just figured the loss in engine pressure from a small valve cover leak would have some sort of effect :dunno:

No, it's impossible for a valve cover gasket to directly affect engine power.
