I have my 2015 535 xDrive M Sport, Mediterranean Blue / Ivory Luxury Seats available
for a lease assumption. I leased it new from Gebhardt BMW in Boulder, Colorado.

Original Window Sticker: $77,095.00

It is in brand new condition and a very nice car. I have a company SUV and no longer have a need for it.

Lease is $695.27 with incentive.

It presently has 5,300 miles on it.

The lease expires September 14, 2018. Just over 24 months left on the lease.
Allowed mileage on this lease is 30,066.

I am offering an incentive of $2,500 which gets the lease to $695.27 per month.

1. Does posted payment include tax? If so, what's the rate in CO?

2. Any of the BMW insurance packages? Wheel and tire, excess wear and tear, etc.?

3. Any mods other than coding?

4. Does the car have the stock suspension, or adaptive? I forget what that was called in 2015.

5. From the interior photo it looks like you have SAT, though you don't mention it in your description.

6. What type of tint and how dark?

7. Did you plunk down MSD's to get the payment down?

Thank you. It is a very sharp color combination. It gets a lot of compliments.

1. No. The payment does not include tax. I actually live in Nebraska. Here, the tax is added on per month to the payment amount itself.

2. No additional insurance packages.

3. No mods at all to the car besides an M5 small spoiler added to the truck.

4. The car has stock suspension. BMW tightened the suspension up in 2015.
You may be referring to DHP. No, it does not have DHP.

5. Yes. It does have Sport Automatic Transmission (SAT)

6. The tint is standard tint that I have had the same shop do on all of my cars.
I am not actually certain on the tint. It is legal in Nebraska.

7. No. I did not put down any MSD's in order to get that lease price.
