Something seems off as $718 (referring to first quote) seems high for a 65% residual and buy rate on the MF. I pay roughly $70 less per month on a $62.5k 335xi with a lightly better MF, but slightly worse residual. Am I missing something? Didn't run the numbers through a lease calculator, so I could be wrong. Also, the second quote has a full mark up on t he MF and what's with $2894 in FEES?!?!

Your calculation shows fees rolled in, but your Adjusted Cap Cost is the same as the selling price. I don't see the lease acquisition fee accounted for anywhere. It seems you're missing some costs that are affecting your calculations.

On the second offer the money factor is fully marked up, the cap costs are almost identical yet the payments are within a dollar. Things aren't making sense. What does the $1,500 include other than the first payment in the first offer? And what is included in the $2,800 in fees in the second offer? It looks like the two offers are not quite apples to apples.

Just want to throw it out there at around this monthly payment a 5 series can be had with this months programs if you are interested. I am helping my father look for a new car and the 5 series leases we were quoted with the same deal structure with fees and taxes rolled in comes it out to about the same as the deal u posted. Granted u can improve on the 340 deal by lowering MF. Price aside, the 340s new engine is much more fun to drive than the 5. Good luck

If it requires the 1500 down payment you mention earlier in the thread then I dont think its a very good deal.

You are getting base MF so thats a positive, but the invoice is roughly $54,600, and after your downpayment, you will be paying $58,000 - its a $3500 profit, fair on this car? I dont know...
