I'm looking to lease a 2020 X5. What is the March residual and money factor for zip code 22030?

Thanks for the info. Every post there shows a MF of .000142 but two dealerships have given me a MF = .00182.

I'm looking for a lease with 15k miles or a residual of 54%. Why is the residual amount on the vehicle not equal to the MSRP x 54%? Is there some amount of the MSRP not assigned any residual value, such as certain options?

They are marking up your MF, ask them to give you the base.

The residual amount must equal the MSRP times the RV, if it doesn't then they made a mistake. While the dealers have the ability to alter the MF they can not alter the residual value.
