Welcome to Bimmerfest!

You can use Searchtempest to search the country for a top. It scans Craigslist, eBay and other listings. You set the range and search criteria.

If you find one, make sure it comes with all the attaching hardware (or buy the hardware and take it with you), and expect to have to travel to get it. They are impractical to ship, with the shipping done correctly to prevent damage will cost nearly what the top will cost. Expect to pay upwards from $1200 (mostly upwards!).

By the way, ANY E36 top will work, regardless of year.

Thanks for the advice! Much appreciated! I tried using the SearchTempest website you recommended but still can't seem to find any! The search will continue I guess.

They are getting harder and harder to find (in any condition) for sale as the supply dwindles. I'm afraid some are going to junkyards with their cars as people give up on E36s and move on to newer/other cars.
