I'm looking to order a 330xi or 340xi (haven't made up my mind) in the next couple weeks. I live in NY and want to do another PCD. Currently in NY MSDs are not permitted and I would like to take advantage of that. Is there a way to purchase from an out of state dealer, use the MSD program and not have to pay sales tax in two states? I'm interested in hearing from any dealers who are interested in working with me on this. Thanks for your help.

I believe that you have to sign the lease in a different state, i.e., NJ or CT

You will only have to pay NY sales tax.
