LOW POWER SLUGGISH ACCELERATION

Hi guys,

Got my car's fault codes read today (see images below)

My biggest issues are a sluggish acceleration, low power and low mpg,

I googled those codes and found some info pointing to the CCV,

Do you guys have any idea?

I would do a smoke test to rule out any vacuum leaks( google if you don't know what that is)
If vacuum leaks are present, they have to be fixed.
Once the vacuum leaks are fixed and the fuel trims(google again if you don't know what they are) have settled, you should focus on the mass air flow error if the error is still present after that.
That could be the main cause of sluggish acceleration and low power.
Low mpg can be caused by the mass air flow sensor and vacuum leaks.

Yes codes were cleared, all came back after a 2min drive except for the Mass airflow.
