Anyone here undertaken this on their e28 at all? I just purchased LSD for my 535i:thumbup:. I have the resources to do the swap, but I'm having trouble locating the procedures for DIY. Any help is appreciated.

The key here is to make sure that the hex bolts on the half shafts are EXTREMELY clean as you will strip them if not careful. Besides this, is an easy remove and replace. What I've heard is that the top bolts can be a pain to align but once that is done, is downhill from there! Here is a more detailed write up.
