While I was at the dealer today, I took a dozen photos of an M Rdstr (from the underside) that was having the clutch replaced.

Looks like a pretty simple job, easily within the range of a good shadetree mechanic (in other words, I could do it).

Biggest deal about wanting to see the details, is now I know how easy it would be to swap the flywheel...

What's the weight off the factory flywheel and what weight flywheel were you looking to put in?
Good questions.
Unsure of the weight of the (dual mass) factory flywheel and I am only aware of one aftermarket (solid) flywheel available.

Not something that I am going to run right out and do, just like to keep up to date with what's on the market. As it is, there are precious few mods for the S-54 engine.

BTW, that is not my car getting a new clutch. That particular 2000 M Rdstr only had 9400 miles on it.
