Best way to pass the time is to sit in a comfortable chair, gripping the M3 wheel, and make vroom vroom noises. I did that for 6 weeks. :thumb:

Well, for the last month I've been spending my time in a nice comfy room - some nice men in white coats came and carried me away after I made too many 'vroom vroom' sounds, mentioned the acronym 'BWM' way too many times, and kept saying 'Topaz Blue is an awesome color'.

But I'm all better now, so they let me out for an hour a day.....

Now, where was I? Oh, yeah....

Vroooom.....vroooomm.......

Did I mention my BMW (which is Topaz Blue) will be here in a couple of weeks? It's an awesome color...

Hey what are the white coats doing? You can't take my keyboard awa.... asdfh987&$

Help.

BMW forevr...........

You could also collect other goodies like the aluminum pedals, M3 dead pedal and matching e-brake handle (wood or aluminum) and matching shift knob (aluminum).

go to my home page then to my page on the all weather floor mats. mine is the "230" wheel with black stitching.

yes, that pic. if the part number ends in "230" you have the wheel with the black stitching. if it ends in "500," you have red and blue stitching. they are otherwise the same as far as I know. I prefer the subtle aesthetic difference of the 230 wheel.

it is also a tad on the shiny side because I keep Lexol on it (once every 4 months or so, when I do the whole interior).

I was actually imagining a smaller steering wheel. Dunno where I got that idea from but anyways....hmmm, the red/blue stitching sounds kewl.... If anyone has a pic, please post. :D

Nice picture in the DIY section of bmw330ci.com

You'll want to visit that anyways... dealer charges too much to install.

I think they have changed the part number for the wheel with colored stitching, the part number that came on my invoice read as follows:32-34-2-229-500 replaced by part # 32-34-2-282-020.

Does it come in any other color besides black? I would love to have a red steering wheel. That will look so :thumb:
