Looking for info on M5 front and rear body kit for 05 545, any suggestions for best place to buy? Can I buy one already painted (black)? Should I take it a body shop to have it installed?

No, they only come primed

Yes, a bodyshop should install it, unless you know how to DIY. ALWAYS testfit before painting.
