My wife's 318 headlights are rubbish! They are dim and the worst I have seen on a car. What can we do about it please? It's a 2000 and we are in New Zild. Sorry, New Zealand.

There are headlight restoration kits like 3m and Sylvania that you can use.

But why are the lights crap in the first place? What difference will polishing the lenses do? It doesn't make sense. I know of no other vehicles with this issue, do you? Why are they dim in the first place? Your thoughts much appreciated.
