I'm being quoted about $850 for MAKO and a service charge for my Euro Delivery 330. Is this a kosher charge? (Southern CA)

MAKO is $400, the service charge is about $450 (on top of the $695 delivery).

There is no such thing as a MACO or Service charge on ED's. ED has a pure invoice when the dealer gets invoiced.

It's official. I called both BMWNA and BMW's Euro Delivery departments. Both assured me that there are NO MACO fees or other similar fees on Euro Delivery Cars. I had a fun little argument with my dealer, before he hesitantly knocked about 800 dollars worth of fees off the price of my car. (He tried to charge me MACO and something else).

Your best bet is - agree on a fixed $ amoutn over invoice. Then run through the invoice price for all of you options. Add them up, and that's the price of the car.

Good luck
