Anybody know where to pick up Meguiar's Microfiber towels in the Philadelphia/Greater Philadelphia area? PepBoy's/Walmart/etc... doesn't seem to carry them around here.

I haven't seen them where I live either. You can order them direct from their website. www.meguiars.com. I'm sure some other websites carry them too.
