Where did they tie into power? Fuse?No heat in winter, no AC in summer with Metra 95-9321B Audio kit to replace my factory radio. I had best buy do the installation. The issue I have is there is no heat in winter and now summer is approaching one side blows warm air. I have contacted Metra multiple times and sent videos of what I am seeing but they are "looking into it", last response was "Unfortunately we do not have any further information or a fix for you at this time." I went all winter with no heat but if I cant get a fix I will pull it as summer with no AC just isn't an option. Has anyone else used this or have a fix for aftermarket radio when it comes to heat and air?

Not sure why you attribute heat/ac problem to the aftermarket radio.
You have installed a double din kit according to google.... if I googled it correctly.
You have basically blocked the dash vents...During the install something was likely damaged ..or vent selection fubar’d
The only option you have at the moment is to remove the radio installed along with the adapter kit and engage in fault diagnosis of the heat/ac system to locate the problem.
