No heat in winter, no AC in summer with Metra 95-9321B Audio kit to replace my factory radio. I had best buy do the installation. The issue I have is there is no heat in winter and now summer is approaching one side blows warm air. I have contacted Metra multiple times and sent videos of what I am seeing but they are "looking into it", last response was "Unfortunately we do not have any further information or a fix for you at this time." I went all winter with no heat but if I cant get a fix I will pull it as summer with no AC just isn't an option. Has anyone else used this or have a fix for aftermarket radio when it comes to heat and air?
