Mini F56 - Programming of used Headunit Basic Navigation

Good evening,
I own a Mini Cooper F56 and my Headunit Basic Navigation stopped working all of a sudden.
I bought and mounted a used identical (photo attached) that has the VIN number from the previous car on it.

On first start up mini logo came up and everything was working fine (bluetooth, dab, radio except navigation).
After turning it off and on, bmw logo came up and only radio worked.
Now BMW interface (photo attached) is displayed every time I turn on the car instead of Mini's.
Additionally Bluetooth, volume buttons and navigation don't work.

Has somebody went through the programming process of a used headunit already and could shed some light?
I have the ENET cable, E-sys and PSDZdata but no idea what needs to be done...

Mini's VIN is 3A40982.

Your VIN is fine. This is ENTRYNAV Head Unit, and it has the following FSC Codes issued to it:

AppID 156 (9C) - BMW Apps
AppID 200 (C8) - Text-To-Speech
AppID 201 (C9) - Navigation Application
AppID 223 (DF) - Navigation Enabler
AppID 180 (B4) - Map Europe ROUTE

To put new ENTRYNAV Head Unit in car, you need to:

1) Wipe Donor FSC Codes
2) Load your original VIN Matching FSC Codes
3) VO Code Unit

How do you basically virginise a used head unit, wipe the donor FSC codes, load suitable VIN matching FSC codes and VO code unit ?

@shawnsheridan I have a 2017 mini clubman that I suspect I have the same problem with. I also believe the head unit I removed was not the original factory one that was installed. Could I please have the instructions and maybe some insight on going forward thanks.

Hi @shawnsheridan - i'm doing some research in upgrading the orange 4 line radio to EntryNav2.
I've pieced together a fair bit so far from research but need some guidance with this part. Could you PM the instructions too when you get a moment?
