I just use the BMW stuff in my 2000 540i6.

Where did you get 15W-30? Mobil 1 doesn't make that kind of oil :dunno:

Yeah, i'd never heard of it either, either 5/30 or 15/50. 5/30 would be ok, but again, why not use the factory stuff, it's cheaper and just as good... 15/50 is probably too thick for a 540.
