No freaking way will I ever see it, and I'm grateful it's in release so I no longer have to see the ads for it on television. The 'true events' claim is based on some supposed web site advertising 'Thai murder vacations' and is probably promotional hype and BS.tgravo2 said:Anyone seen it. I heard it's one of the grossest and goriest movies. It's a Terantino movie so you can expect that.
It is based on true events.
I'm still intrigued by it.Cliff3 said:No freaking way will I ever see it, and I'm grateful it's in release so I no longer have to see the ads for it on television. The 'true events' claim is based on some supposed web site advertising 'Thai murder vacations' and is probably promotional hype and BS.
Ok I was kind of confused on the Tarantino part of it, I just knew he was associated. I'll probably end up seeing it on DVD.Motown328 said:Not a Taratino film. He just endorses it. I heard the first half was soft-core porn and the second half was gruesome torture. I'll definitely be seeing that. Just not shelling out the $9 at the theatres, but on DVD.
Oh hell, who am I kidding, I'll probably be seeing it in the theatres. Hahaha...
Are you pulling my chain:yikes: Puke bags: puke:zentenn said:Actually, I think one of the goriest movies was called Mark of the Devil. Circa 1972 or around there.
Do any of you remember this movie. The theaters handed out puke bags.
Well, back in the day, it was pretty gory, I can't say it was the best movie, but there were so pretty amazing torture techniques going onShotgun Man said:The wife and I saw it. We honestly expected more gore. The 1'st half was basically a softcore porn and the last half was like a campy horror movie. It was OK but just wait and rent it.
Don't forget the tongue being ripped outAsianImage said:Saw this and yeah....wait for the DVD.
it is NOT as bad as they say it is. I was expecting much more. Still a good popcorn movie. Do not let the ads and hype make you not go see it...you want a little blood, couple sphnicter tightning scenes and even some laughs...
totally not as bad as the ads and commercials make you think.
