I used to park my 323Ci next to a 635CSi in the garage, and the two cars were about the same size.Ed328Ci said:Used to park next to my ex-boss's E30. My 328Ci looked huge!

Are you shure about that?JST said:

No, the 635 was slightly longer, but not a whole heck of a lot. I remember one morning specifically when I parked right next to it thinking to myself "I've always wanted a 635 but the car I've got is almost the same size and 15 years newer."nate328Ci said:

The E24 has always looked longer to me :dunno: Maybe it's just an illusion due to the very sleek body. It certainly weighs quite a bit more than the E46...
"For a little while"? Let me guess, you beat it?JST said:Oh, and just FWIW, for a little while fast-time-of-the-day was held by an E46.![]()
Nope. Nor did I. One of the E36 M3s did though. But that E46 time WAS held by a board member, CD-55.nate328Ci said:

No, I'm not that quick yet; I just thought it was a bit funny in light of the recurring E36/E46 spats.nate328Ci said:
