Stuuf like this depends on the dealership and your relationship with them ( if any ). I'm tight with the service people at my local dealership and they wouldn't charge me. The 1st thing I did was told the SA that I knew that top CSI scores were important to him and that I would always give the highest scores and if there were any problems we would work them out together. That's a key thing to do. The other thing I do is toss him a $20 about this time of year. It comes back in spades.
