Oh man, that's a shame. He's right -- that car needs to be repainted. I would complain to high heaven about that job, and if I bought it through BMWFS, I would return the car and let them know I wasn't making payments until it was properly repainted. Total disaster.

There's only one way to properly detail a car -- do it yourself.
