..did you guys get an email about the NCC decal? Were you able to view the attached gif image?? I can't for some reason. I downloaded the file from my yahoo account, but whenever I try to open it, it says 'invalid file format'. When I double-click on the file, it tries to open it in photo editor. I also have a downloaded freeware program called EyeBrowse and I tried opening it with that too..no luck.
