I started to install NavTV. Got a picture on the TV channels and need some help! If you can answer any of the following I would be very appreciative. I am stuck in the middle of the installation right now.

I can't seem to get a picture on the Video input. Does any one know how to get it to work? I have the tuner on 'AV' but just get a shaky blank screen with my DVD player connected.

Where is a good place to put the antenna on a 330ci? Bumper?, Window?

How do you get stereo on the Audio Video input? The harness only has mono input but it says something about using the AUX input from BMW.
