Last week the driver side power window stopped working.....passenger side ok .
I checked both switches by changing them around.......both ok .
I suspect the wireing harness is shot from age, and flexing for 23 years.
Before I get into the door (I will check the window motor ) , I wanted to ask if anyone
has replaced the harness , or individual wires ? What is the best way to do it ?

It turned out to be the motor .I had a mechanic I use take it apart , clean it up , and it works fine...cost $ 90

So you didn't have to replace the motor just clean it up?
