Alright this my problem. I just bought a 1992 BMW 325is with a few mechanical issues, and happen to be able to get my hands on a 1995 BMW 325i motor off a friend and so I began to swap.. I have everything in already just not put back all the way together, well I was wondering if I can still run same harness and ECU of the car on a 95 engine block? Or do I have to swap harness and ECU too?

If the 92 had a non-vanos M50 (I believe all the 92s did) no, you'll have to swap harnesses and ECUs too.

The '95 325 should have the sensors and the harness will have the needed connections. The ECU will have provision to utilize those sensors. That's why you need the ECU and harness to match the engine.

Plug everything in and if you have more then just the vanos connector left it probably won't work. M50tu is the "technical upgrade" to the m50 I don't know if they added or changed anything other than the vanos.

If it was just the vanos added I don't see why running the ecu you have would be a problem.

There is one other plug that is near the valve cover that's supposed to be a male plug but is female and I was wondering if i can swap the plugs from my 92 block but then there's no vanos will that mess with my cam timing?

No the vanos only engages at high rpm and is for performance so you will just loose a little power in high rpms

The "circle round plug" I believe is the diagnostic port. It doesn't connect to anything. It's held in a ring bracket on the side of the engine. The smaller rectangular multi-pin connector is (I think) the anti lock brake harness, and plugs into the anti lock brake computer just like the larger one connects to the ECU.
