I'm trying to decide between going 235/40/18 all the way around or..

I'm changing the rims on a 330i picture below (currently has the m3 double stars 17"). Right now it has 225/40/17 front and 245/40/17 rear. The rims I'm putting on are 18x8; my question is with the amount of driving I do weekly (around 1,500 miles a week) what would be the best tire set up be?

I'm trying to decide between going 235/40/18 all the way around, 235/40/18 front and 245/40/18 rear, or 225/40/18 front and 235/40/18 rear.

Will also consider a 35 profile, if most of you think that's a series for heavy driving.

Tanks for any help, plus nice to be aboard (my second bimmer, first was a 1994 318i, nice but damn This 330i, WOW).

Well I went with the 235 all the way around set up, and don’t think I’ll be putting on any thing different in the future. It feels quicker of the line, and the cars cornering is perfect. With the 225f/245r set up I always felt the front and rear of the car were fighting each other in corners, but now they feel like a team in perfect harmony.

As I feel I’m part of a great team…(ya right). The one response I get is of brands, and nothing about sizes. Thought I found a place for answers, but guess I was wrong.

But seriously, 235/40/18 is what I would recommed to anyone that uses their ride for more then show. It looks great, and is a great size for all driving conditions and roads (pot holes at 80 mph).

Thanks Again
Rob
