Try to start the car and won't start try to jump start under the hood but fail to work here the signal I got from inside did anyone know what happen

Just notice after my battery got weak it throw me this pic. After got my battery fully charge now car start but with new issue, got messages on board said " restraining passenger malfunction " I guess, I have to go to dealer or Indy shop to reset it.
