New 325i - Great experience at Cutter Motors
I just took delivery at Cutter and I have to say that it was a wonderful experience from start to finish.
Franco Karzag gave me a truly no-hassle quote with everything (including dealer profit) itemized and an unbeatable price. Once I'd agreed, he faxed me the VIR with the production number and all the options confirmed.
Then 8 weeks of waiting patiently (yeah, sure) and it finally arrived on Mon. Franco took care of the dealer installed options without a problem (good prices there too).
I took the 100 mi trip north to Santa Barbara on Wed and then Franco took over. All the paperwork was painless. David Kim (Finance Manager) made that side of things easy (although my hand was shaking when I wrote that big check).
Franco then took me out to the car with the programmer to do my Car/Key Options. I'd given him a long list and he did his best to make sure I was happy.
He then went over the car with me thoroughly and everything he told me was right on.
Then it was time to go and DRIVE!!
I'm sorry I didn't get a chance to meet Jon Shafer personally and tell him what a great crew he has but I'm sure he already knows it. And I know that it's not going to happen that way without a good man at the top.

I had the same experience with Cutter... great all around.
I also was shaking and broke into a sweat sitting in David's office. He did his best to make it a comfortable few minutes, but writing a check of that magnitude is never easy. :yikes:

I've ordered parts from them and their prices are great and they arrive quickly. For example, I ordered a wind deflector for my convertible. Price: $300, compared with $450 at locals stores.
I got my car through Franco too

100 miles North to SB...Where do you live, Chula Vista? I didn't think it was that far to SB from the SD area. Oh well, i learn something new everyday...jmonier said:
