New and frustrated

Hello im new to this forum and have an issue with my heater i cant get my 94 325i to blow hot air the air conditioner works im not sure if i am doing it right assuming only to turn the temp up and press the button that looks like a defrost button still not hot, is there something else i should be doing?

when i first bought mine (In December) it took me weeks to figure out what the hell i was doing wrong to not have heat. terribly funny

also check your coolant level. if you dont have enough anti freeze it wont circulate through the heater core properly.
