I had my breakes done all around about 3-4 months ago - all new rotors, pads, sensors. Now, it seems already I'm feeling rotor warpage in the front when I lightly touch the breaks. I can push past the wobbling and it's smooth. Do you think the indy that did the break job didn't "bed" the breaks properly if at all? Do most do that procedure or just slap them on?

If your rotors are warped they will vibrate the steering wheel when the brakes are applied all the time, there is no smoothing out and the faster you go the more violent of the shake. Might want to check the front strut rod bushings to see if they are leaking or torn.

Do the bedding again yourself. It might be an uneven pad material deposits on the rotor. The bedding will remove it and apply it evenly.
