After over 3 weeks sitting at status 190, the BMW reps admit they don't know where my car is. It was on it's way to the port in South Africa but even they admit it wouldn't take 3 weeks to leave. Their best guess is that it's on the ocean somewhere but have no shipping info. Jeez, the wait's bad enough, now I have no clue where the car is. Any ideas?

Have you tried the shipping company?

try www.2wglobal.com and do the cargo tracking. Supposedly you can track by your VIN#, but I'm not sure which option is the VIN #. (you'll see what I mean, try all of them--it may be track by booking# or bill of lading#)
