I just picked up a 2011 328i Sedan. It doesn't have BT for the phone but has the buttons. No Sirius/XM Radio, but prepped for it. I have a phone and my own music, plus the good stereo/radio in the car. I just can't see paying for the upgrades, if they are even available. Maybe since the car doesn't have those options, I will be harder to track. ;)

First thing to do, google "BMW VIN decoder"
With the last 7 digits, you should be able to figure out which option you have.

If you want to go factory most of the time its done with modules.
Sat and Mulf 2 hi plus programming.
This will work with either a Pro Radio or idrive unit.

There was a Euro Pro radio that had bluetooth and sat built in for awhile
hard to get cost around 300 to 450 requires tricky programming
to install.

In either case you need FSC codes to enable sat rado and a subscription.

As said you need to run your car through a vin checker to see what it has.

Some of the newer US Radios have Sat and Bluetooth built in .
Programming is needed with any of the BMW stuff or replacing
with aftermarket to suppress error codes. Also BMW will not be
able to do diags with aftermarket head units.

In either case you need FSC codes to enable sat rado and a subscription.

If you don't want to buy anything what is the point of your post.
