NO voltage to Fuel Pump Relay
Need help 318ti will not start. Fuses all good. Relays changed. Fuel pump not coming on. Swapped FP relay still ng. No voltage to fuel pump. Jumped out relay, fuel pump coming on. Checked voltage to fuel pump relay ONLY getting 5.7 volts. If I check voltage to relay coil positive and use a chasis ground I get 12Volts. DME relay getting 12v. Any ideas-Thanks for any help.

check the fuse in the engine compartment, IIRC its a 30amp bus style fuse.

Checked originally as well. Let me know if anything else comes to mind. Had my wife crank it over and re-did voltage test-still below 6V.

The fuel pump relay does not appear to have ground-that appears to be reason, I am only getting 5.5 volts. If I did a voltage test and do a chasis ground I get 12 v. I just found out this morning, that I have no spark. I put my OBII code reader in port and it will not communicate. Another observation, the battery symbol is continually illuminated, when turning over engine. Lastly there an idiot light illuminated above headlight switch. DME unit bad? Vehicle immobilization unit? Drivin Faster-hope you are on line.
