I just got a 2013 X1 xDrive 28i. Everything about it works phenomenally well, except for the power outlets. I pulled out the old fuse (slot #8, 20A), and it was blown, but after putting a new one in, still no power to the outlets. Are there any other fuses I need to be looking at? Possibly a deeper issue? If it's a bigger issue, it's going right back to the dealership I got it from, since I've got a 30 day bumper-to-bumper warranty on it.

12 volt outlets/cigarette lighter outlets are deenergized OFF when the BMW is OFF. From MY owner's manual
Switch off the ignition and take the remote control with you when leaving the vehicle so that children cannot use the lighter and burn themselves.

They're not working when the car is on either. The no power to the car, no power to the outlets thing was my first assumption - my prior car was the same way.
