I keep getting this fault, I have changed the sensor but still the same has anybody any idea on a solution or where to look, TIA

yeah mate, I had the same. I did not have the sensor in when I bought mine. I purchased one on ebay and put it in and randomly it comes back, I reckon when the battery charge is low but it does not really affect anything
