Obd not ready

Hi, I have 2001 320i, I have to go for a test next week but my obd it's not ready, it has been like this for more then 3 month, I did the BMW driving siècle, I took it th the micanic to check it out, nothing wrong. Help please

Well my obd is not reading or not ready, I went for an Air care test 3 moth ago and they couldn't read my obd,
Here is what the inspection report says
The following monitors were not set:
Catalyst, evaporative, secondary air, oxygen sensor, heated oxygen sensor
Also, I have changed the thermostat when I had a code P1620, the code never come back again.

Something still needs more explanation here... For instance, you state that "my obd is not reading or not ready". But, yet later in your post, you state that you had a code P1620. This would have been read through the OBD connection, correct?

Yes it was reading before, after fixing the thermostat and clearing the code, it couldn't read even after 3 month of driving
