I am using BMWhat. It's really an amazing app , I compared its result with the fault report I got from my repair shop and it shows exactly the same faults, just like INPA but much more comfortable to use.

By the way, you can just use these WIFI or BT OBD dongles that work with all the other iPhone or Android apps. But while the other apps only show little OBD information the BMWhat app shows all the real BMW faults! And of course you can clear them too.

Since recently I can even do simple codings with the app - and last but not least I now read out my DPF values in real time and saved them to a file like to get this as shown on their homepage http://www.ivini-apps.com/dpf.html

What I also really like is the possibility to try it out with the free lite version and see what exactly it can do with the full version app - and all that for free before getting the full app.

Just an excellent tool I do not want to miss anymore:thumbup:

I bought this cable
http://www.one-stop-electronics.com/shop/?dispatch=products.view&product_id=16
and downloaded INPA/EDIABAS through a torrent.
Getting the software set-up properly took some time, patience and help from the good folks at www.bmwcoding.com. But, once I got it up and running it works great. It also gives you the ability to code various modules in addition to the full diagnostic capability.
I just purchased this cable like 45mintues ago to use with the BMWLogger software from bimmersoftware.com
