hi im looking at this set of wheels and the sizes are 19x8.5 w/35 offset and 19x9.5 w/35 offset so my question is can i fit those wheels without rolling my fenders if so what size tires would i need im thinking 235/35/19and 245/35/19 rear or maybe 225/40/19 and 245/35/19

telling us what car these are going on would help immensely...

Front size is 225/35R19 or 235/35R19. Rears 245/35R19, 255/30R19 or 265/30R19. Those latter two sizes might require some fender lip rolling. The front 235/35R19 will be very close to touching the fender as well.

so going 245/35/19 rear will be ok without rolling the fenders?

Its close, but I doubt you'd have to roll the fenders with that size.
ok so just to make sure i got this the wheels going on my 325cic are 19x8.5 +35 =tires 235/35/19 and 19x9.5+35=tires 245/35/19 witout rolling the fenders right? and i cant put 255/30/19 cause it will rub

These are borderline aggressive fitments so we can't say for 100% sure if one size or the other will or won't rub.

However, 225/35R19 and 245/35R19 are not very likely to rub, while the larger sizes begin to get more likely to rub with those widths and offsets of wheels.
