ok i have aquestion....about tunr signal bulbs??

hey..i got these bulbs for my turn signals and they are blue but blink white...but i have a little problem...when i have the parking lights on and the fogs to cruise with the lights are not as bright as the fogs...and the when i put the blinker on they r bright like the fogs...i have seen pics of peoples cars that have those lights on and they are very bright like the xenons and fogs...is this becuase i didnt get a bulb with enougt power? wut bulb do i need to get so all the lights are the same brightness...the one i purchased was
