Funny thing about that accident is that there were two of them on the ring, the silver one crashed - these cars were being test driven by Hartge and were going to be shipped off to the customers shortly after.ALEX325i said:Well, but that one is an accident waiting to happen... Hartge cars HAVE to be bossed around. They're not for anybody...
Nice... They beat the crap out of them before shipping them off to customers?bol said:

I certainly hope that they at least give them a slight discount off of MSRP after that little fender-bender.bol said:

Plus, the owner must have been really pissed. I mean, it takes long enough to get an E46 M3. Imagine a modified version...IndyMike said:

Can you imagine trying to explain something like this to the customer:ALEX325i said:

Actually, I shouldn't say a modified version... Hartge is a car company. Hartge H50 is what is actually printed on the registration... I think the same applies to Alpinas...

"You know Herr Schmidt, the Hartge M3 really does look much better in Carbon Black. TiSilver is just so common, don't you think? We've sold at least 50 TiSilver's in the past week to customers in your area. Now, we can go ahead and change the order right this minute and have that car to you in, oh say, 2 months. And as an additional thank you we'll even throw in the mats and wheel locks free of charge."
At least that would be my initial track (no pun intended). Hey, why tell the truth unless you're forced to?
Another reason to do all your own repairs, the dealers could dobol said:
