Hi Guys.

I have a 1991 E34 525i with the multivalve M50 Motor. We did an engine overhaul two weeks back and it sounds very good, no smoke at all in the back etc. However the problem is that it builds lots of pressure in the cooling system so much that after driving 5kms or so, water pipes start blowing or the radiator itself develops leaks due to this pressure. The temperature gauge stays normal though but opening the filler cap shows overheating. I didnt have this problem before te engine overhaul, and everything else is as was save for the new re-done engine.

What could be the problem?
