Anyone with ideas on why my car coolant level reaches 250 and gives a engine temperature warning, goes into low power. Had someone check it and claim water pump is fine.

Seems to me it's got to be low coolant, a failed waterpump or thermostat. Have someone else look at it, a BMW specialist whether Indy or Dealer. You don't want to fool around with overheating issues.

that happend to me about 3 months back and it was a new water pump
