Part acquisition assistance - clear rear bulb carrier

I am attempting to find a replacement “bulb carrier” for my right retrofitted, BMW manufactured "clear" right rear tail lamp. The bulb carrier is not the same as the stock model.

The part # printed on the bulb carrier is
BMW8 383 824 230 048 R.
(I suspect it is just 83 82 4 230 048) it is for the right hand side.

This part # is not interchangeable with the stock bulb carrier, part number 63 21 8 364 926. The parts look nearly identical, however the fitment is not the same.

Any assistance anyone can be sourcing this part would be greatly appreciated.
