Aren't you gonna practice on something first, like maybe your brothers 4-Runner? ;)
I could also practice on his 99 M Roadster. He wouldn't care, but I think the 525i will be good enough for practice. :thumb: It's almost 11 yrs. old and to be honest I neglected it's finish this past winter. I'll probably also practice on my wife's POS Grand Cherokee.

Be careful. If you mess up there could be an uprising amongst the Cherokee Nation! :rolleyes: Or worse yet, after your wife gets through with you you'll probably wish it was only the Cherokee Nation on your case. :D
Porter cable practice? You don't need it. Its a random orbital, designed so that even the inept could not possibly screw up their finish unless they use the wrong product (Rubbing compound comes to mind!)

You won't believe how hard it is to pull the hook and loop pads off the backing plate when you get them :eeps:
