Yes, Pentofrost NF is the correct coolant for BMW engines.

There is likely a bleed screw on the engine, however, most of the time they are difficult to access. Relatively speaking, there's not much coolant in the block, so I wouldn't worry about draining it.

I would not recommend using the radiator drain valve as they are plastic and break quite easily. I'd remove the lower radiator hose instead.

For bleeding the system, don't you just put the key in the ignition, turn on electronics without starting the engine and the press the accelerator pedal for about 10 seconds to start the pump to circulate the coolant and bleed the air through the expansion tank?
