It looks like a car that has never been garaged and those cars usually have lots of worn body trim issues .

Based on a quick look, here are the pluses and minuses that I see:
+ it has premium pkg
+ nice color combo
+ blacked out kidney grills look nice
+ mods seem to be confined to appearance type stuff
+ CPO warranty for another ~2 yrs/45K miles
- however, you'd be the 3rd owner
- automatic without shift paddles
- no nav/idrive
- avg miles for that year
- light color interior is hard to keep clean unless you're really anal
------ (big minus) no sport pkg

Overall, I'd pass.

It's up to you and in the end, it will all come down to price and if it is a deal for you. Personally, for me it would be sport package or no thanks. I am always a little nervous about Florida cars. In my mind cars just bake down there.

It's up to you - if you like it that's the most important point. If you are happy with the comfort of non-sport seats and other options, don't worry about others' opinions. Nothing seems to be wrong with the car - but be sure to get a Pre-Purchase Inspection done (an hour or two at a BMW specialist or dealer.)

To me, the 19" wheels are the bad part - rough ride, probably non-RFT tires. May be ok in FL, but not other places with worse roads.

Things that need to be considered:
Florida Car = beware of possible flood damage. There are lots of cars on the market that were damaged in hurricanes.
Seller has no history on e-bay. One transaction as a buyer...
Is the seller the owner of this car? Is the title in his name and how long has he had it?
Otherwise, it may be a "curb-stoner" - a person that buys cars at auction for re-sale. Basically they are unlicensed dealers. You will often get the story that they are selling it for someone else (many timers a sick relative). If you can buy the car cheap enough, it may be worth the risk. Otherwise there are too many good used cars available to take a chance.
Have a knowledgeable mechanic thoroughly inspect the car before purchasing.

Check the Carfax - I just bought a 2008 335i and it was very helpful to have as it showed how the car had all of its maintenance done in a timely manner, how many owners it had, and some other good info. I bought my R32 on eBay but that was from a dealer - not sure if I'd buy one from a person with only one transaction.
